Army Air Forces Technical School documents, and Hamilton Standard Service Bulletins added this week!

Training Manuals:

This week we added a collection of U.S. Air Force Technical School Training Project documents from the Frederick Kohler Collection. These originally came out of the Chanute Air Force Base in Illinois and are dated in the late 1940's. This is a great collection that provides introductory information on a variety of aviation related topics that were covered during pilot training. They relate to anything from the fundamentals of hydraulics, and air conditioning pressurization, to blueprint reading and cable marking! Many of the documents also have a short quiz at the end, which is a fun addition. You'll also notice that individual lessons are part of larger courses listed at the top of each document, and a concise objective is provided for each project.
